    Meet Your Teacher

    My path to becoming a Tai Chi Gung teacher has been an extraordinary one. On my journey from Student to Teacher I discovered that this ancient practice – and the wisdom of its masters – is the most powerful way to focus my energy positively.

    After a long period of dedicated training in Tai Chi Gung’s meditative motions and mindfulness techniques, I’m thrilled to pass on its proven longevity and wellness benefits. Dating back over 3,300 years, this practice integrates gentle flowing movements, mindful breathing, and mental focus to generate inner calm and revitalizing energy.

    I will always be a student first and a Teacher second, and I’m eager to guide newcomers in embracing Tai Chi Gung and it’s joys. I love helping students reduce stress, overcome challenges, and unlock their highest potential through this traditional art passed down from master to student. Join me in experiencing how this gentle, low-impact practice can transform your mind, body and spirit!

    Can I Join the Class Anytime?

    Lao Tzu created a series of warm ups and 4 basic standing exercises that are the core of every class. T/hese are simple moving and breathing exercises that help students feel the life energy of Nature directly. Almost 90% of students feel it in their very first class.

    Whether you have been studying 6 minutes, 6 months or 6 years, you do the simple movements you learned in your very first class. They serve as an outline, and each student connects in their own way.

    Because we don’t hold back exercises, and they remain consistent, new students can join a live class any time. You’ll feel right at home!

    What Should I Wear?

    Comfortable street clothes are fine. The class is done standing up, and it’s so gentle you won’t break a sweat!
