Connie Stollery: Certified Tai Chi Gung Instructor

"Hi, I'm Connie.I found Master Lama Rasaji and Tai Chi Gung in April of 2021 and have been practicing regularly since then.  Connecting to the Circle of Chi (CoC), doing the exercises, then later starting the 45-Day Renewal, helped me through the time of intense challenge that was happening worldwide.  This was also an awakening which continues.  Calming the mind/emotions while strengthening and revitalizing the body, feeling the vital Life Force chi coming through the breath and movement is something I want everyone to experience also. But wait, there’s more!  Connecting more deeply to Spirit has, and continues to be, an invaluable experience.  I am gaining confidence and clarity, learning to lose the negative and embrace the positive. 

My keen, longtime interest in and focus on health, healing, wholeness (body, mind and spirit), seeking true spirituality and a desire for service to others fits perfectly with the mission statement of CoC:  “Health, wealth and happiness for one human family.”  Also, “Give power to peace” and “On earth -through us- as it is in heaven.”  The world is ready for the gift that keeps on giving! 

Since starting the live online classes taught by Master David four times weekly, I knew I wanted to be a teacher and share with as many as possible these life-changing practices.  If you want to put your growth on jet fuel, and potentially reverse the aging process,  I encourage all to come and experience what we at CoC rave about.  I have never met a more supportive, loving, fun, educational community than this one.  We meet online and in person at live events regularly.  We’d love to have you join us! 

Besides TCG, some of my other interests are music (piano, vocals, guitar, beginner cello), walking in nature, gatherings with family and friends, my five children and two daughters-in-law, one granddaughter, humor that produces deep belly laughs, homeschooling, growing flowers and vegetables, crafting greeting cards using stamps and dies, cross country skiing, sauna, advocating for freedom and truth, visiting with my mom and other nursing home residents.

 My place of residence is in rural County of Camrose, Alberta, Canada.  The family grows grain and beef cows.  If you live in the area, I would love to meet you and offer you a free demo class!"

Can I Join a Class Anytime?


Lao Tzu created a series of warm ups and 4 basic Standing Exercises that are the core of every class. These are simple moving and breathing exercises that help students feel the life energy of Nature directly.

Almost 90% of students feel it in their very first class.

Whether you have been studying 6 minutes, 6 months or 6 years, you do the simple movements you learned in your very first class. They serve as an outline, and each student connects in their own way.

Because we don't hold back exercises, and they remain consistent, new students can join a live class any time. You'll feel right at home!

What Should I Wear?


Comfortable street clothes are fine. The class is done standing up, and it's so gentle you won't break a sweat!

I have long been interested in doing Tai’ Chi, and my experience with Holly over the past year has satisfied that interest and provided a context where the physical and emotional benefits of the time spent together are very apparent.
