Meet Your Teacher
In September of 2021, I was blessed to find Master Lama Rasaji and the practice of Tai Chi Gung during the most chaotic time in history. My life was stuck, my medical practice was being challenged. In the first week of doing the exercises I needed less sleep and had more energy. I tell others, I went from feeling in a rut to renewal.
Now, each time I practice, especially in nature I feel like a kid again. As a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture Physician, becoming a certified teacher is a dream come true because it aligns with my passion and purpose; to empower men and women to take control of their health and well-being at any stage of life.
Can I Join the Class Anytime?
Lao Tzu created a series of warm ups and 4 basic standing exercises that are the core of every class. These are simple moving and breathing exercises that help students feel the life energy of Nature directly. Almost 90% of students feel it in their very first class.
Whether you have been studying 6 minutes, 6 months or 6 years, you do the simple movements you learned in your very first class. They serve as an outline, and each student connects in their own way.
Because we don’t hold back exercises, and they remain consistent, new students can join a live class any time. You’ll feel right at home!
What Should I Wear?
Comfortable street clothes are fine. The class is done standing up, and it’s so gentle you won’t break a sweat.

Yesterday was phenomenal for me. After I came home from Gleason Park, I sat at the table and Kundalini Shakti went to work on my neck! I almost felt ‘sick’ afterwards & was planning to lie down but instead had to run to the bathroom to purge myself clean. After that detox I felt better immediately. I kept experiencing Shakti the rest of the day. Went for a walk in the moonlight with my husband. It was truly blissful. You laid hands on me yesterday after class & I suspect what I went through is a direct effect of your ‘healing touch.’ Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
