    Welcome!

We are really excited that you have found the Circle of Chi and Tai Chi Gung! Just below are the live classes in Kaysville. You can learn more about your teacher here too.

Does Tai Chi Gung Really Work?

Well, its working for thousands of people in our community in more than 30 countries all over the world right now. And Tai Chi Gung has been shared in an unbroken lineage more than 3,000 years so it has stood the test of time.

Even so, in the end, it matters most that it works for you and that it’s a good fit for you in your life!

Circle of Chi has been a transformative experience for me. The teachings and guidance from the knowledgeable teachers have helped me deepen my Tai Chi and meditation practice. The supportive community has been instrumental in my personal growth and finding inner peace. I highly recommend Circle of Chi to anyone seeking a more mindful and connected life.” -Sean Lord, NYC

    Meet Your Teacher

“Circle of Chi came to me at a time when I was filled with a lot of questions about my purpose in life and how to connect to the Divine. It seemed like a miracle when I found Rasaji online. I resonated and signed up immediately for classes and within a year, signed up to become a teacher. My cup runneth over with blessings and joy! Circle of Chi is a place of mindfulness, healing, strength, inspiration and purpose in life.” -Penni Eads, Utah

Can I Join the Class Anytime?

Lao Tzu created a series of warm ups and 4 basic standing exercises that are the core of every class. These are simple moving and breathing exercises that help students feel the life energy of Nature directly. Almost 90% of students feel it in their very first class.

Whether you have been studying 6 minutes, 6 months or 6 years, you do the simple movements you learned in your very first class. They serve as an outline, and each student connects in their own way.

Because we don’t hold back exercises, and they remain consistent, new students can join a live class any time. You’ll feel right at home!

What Should I Wear and What Should I Bring?

Comfortable street clothes are fine. The class is done standing up, and it’s so gentle you won’t break a sweat.

    Please bring a water bottle.

    My Students Share

In the “Circle of Chi” eBook that comes immediately when you become a free member, you’ll discover the history, philosophy and principles of regeneration as taught by Lao Tzu

4 Main Tai Chi Gung Standing Exercises

Lao Tzu’s Tai Chi Gung is sometimes called simple yoga. We do gentle standing exercises that connect us to the life force in Nature and learn to breathe the energy. You will learn the 4 Main Tai Chi Gung Standing Exercises, then more advanced exercises when the class is ready.

    Figure Eights

Lao Tzu discovered that when the right and left side of the body are balanced correctly, a third regenerative energy is released. More than 90% of the human race never taps into this energy.

    Body Twist

Spending more than 50 years immersed in Nature, Lao Tzu wondered, “Trees live for hundreds of years. If I move energy as they do, can I also learn to live as long as they do?” Turns out, he was right.

    Crane

Noticing how moisture is blown up a mountainside and then comes down as rain or snow, Lao Tzu investigated how this flow is mirrored in the physical body. He discovered it is central to regeneration.

    Tai Chi Swim

Most students feel the energy in their very first live class during Tai Chi Swim. To master energy, one must feel it physically. The Lama’s of Tibet call this “having a biological experience of the Divine.”
