Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your Circle of Chi store purchase, whether made online or at events. If you encounter any issues not covered on this page, please reach out to our Customer Service line at 352-247-2799.
For refunds, please send an email to store@circleofchi.com and briefly explain the reason for your request. Your feedback is invaluable for our continuous improvement efforts! If you are requesting a refund for a damaged product, please include a photo as evidence. Damaged product refunds can be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase, and no processing fee applies.
Return Policy
With the exception of personalized items, you can return all products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. A $5.00 processing fee applies to all returns that are not due to product damage. Please note that all personalized sales are final due to their customized nature.
Cancellation Policy
Products: You have up to 12 hours to cancel an order placed. If charged, you will receive a full refund.
If you have any other issues please give Customer Service a call at 352-247-2799 and we will do our best to get them resolved in a timely manner.
Memberships: If you wish to cancel your membership at any time, please send an email to store@circleofchi.com. Refunds for monthly subscriptions for Circle of Chi membership are available within seven (7) days of purchase or renewal, based on the date we receive your cancellation email.
Delivery Policy
Our products are shipped promptly and efficiently to your designated location. Domestic orders may require a claim if they are lost in transit after 15 days from the last carrier tracking update. You can initiate a claim by emailing store@circleofchi.com, and it must be submitted within 45 days from the last carrier tracking update.
For international orders, the timeframe extends to 20 days from the last carrier tracking update before initiating a claim by contacting store@circleofchi.com. The claim should be submitted within 50 days from the last carrier tracking update
Refund Processing Time
Circle of Chi and our payment processor aim to process refunds as swiftly as possible, submitting them immediately. However, please note that it may take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or on your card, as this depends on your financial institution. For more information click here.
